With interviewing this range of different people, it will be helpful to know the general people who would actually use this service. Understanding their demographics, research/shopping behavior, what kinds of things are most important to them and whether or not they have children will help close in on our target audience so we can develop the most accurate personas.

Describe what the website actually is.

2.  What are your expectations for a website dealing with bed bug detection?

3.  What is your history with bed bugs?  What did you do?

4.  Have you used this service before?  If so, how was your experience?  What was good and what was bad?

5.  Place interviewee in scenario, ask what their thought process is.  What would they do?

6.  Do you think its worth getting a bed bug dog to investigate your area in this scenario?  Would you pay that much ($175/hour)?
