Our group has devised a list of people who we will survey in person to insure the clarity of our research.

  • People who had a history of bed bugs

With interviewing this range of different people, it will be helpful to know the general people who would actually use this service. Understanding their demographics, research/shopping behavior, what kinds of things are most important to them and whether or not they have children will help close in on our target audience so we can develop the most accurate personas.
